There are some talented kids among us, as we all know. I was able to feature some of their artwork at the Art Station in Stone Mountain for the Dekalb Schools art show! The artwork will be in the gallery until May 1st. Students who were featured in this are:

Bimal Chamlagai 7th grade (Realistic shoe drawing)

Cici Nyalimo 7th grade (realistic boot drawing)

Nega Gebresilassie 8th grade (selfie transformation into a cat)

Lidya Bereket 8th grade (selfie transformed into a tiger)

Kaitlyn Stewart 8th grade (portrait of Malala)

Steven Bawi Tlung 8th grade (selfie transformed into a skeleton)

"I had some tough decisions to make since there was a limit to the number of pieces I could place in the show. These students ultimately stood out not only for their artwork, but for their hard work and determination to always perform at their best!"
