2023 REVISED Tucker Middle School Football Schedule
The Tucker Middle School Tigers experienced their first undefeated season in school history during the 2013-2014 season with a record of 9-0. The Tigers then went on to become the 2013 Dekalb County Middle School Champions after a 22-20 win over Chapel Hill.
During the 2014 season, the Tucker Middle School Tigers continued their streak with an undefeated regular season, ending 2014 with a record of 8-1.
In 2015, the Tigers had an UNDEFEATED regular season (2015) and won their first two playoff games!
Highlights of the 2016 year include:
- A 4th consecutive undefeated regular season
- A 4th consecutive Region 2 championship
It should be noted that Tucker Middle is the only team in DeKalb County history to achieve 4 consecutive undefeated seasons in a row (that's 24 regular season victories!) and 4 Region 2 Championships in a row. These accomplishments cannot be diminished by Saturday's loss. Thank you, Coach Walker, the entire coaching staff, and players for all the hard work and another incredible season!
TMS SOCCER
At Tucker Middle School, we offer soccer teams for both girls and boys.
For two consecutive years, both teams have made it to the playoff games. In the 2022 season, the girls' team reached the semi-finals while the boys' team finished second in the region. The 2023 season was exceptional for the boys' team as they finished undefeated and clinched the championship after a hard-fought and dramatic game. The 2024 season is scheduled to begin in December with conditioning, followed by tryouts in January, and the games will commence in late February.

When it comes to athletics at Tucker Middle School, we are known for our winning culture. This year is no different, as we deepen our athletics program by creating our very own volleyball team!
Although our inaugural season got off to a slow start, we worked tirelessly to refine our skills and come together as one. As a direct result of our Lady Tigers' perseverance and resiliency to fight through adversity, we closed out the regular season with three series sweeps, going undefeated in our last seven games!
Thank you to the administration for allowing this to happen, the fans for coming out to cheer us on, and the parents for relentlessly supporting us every step of the way. Lastly, we would like to give a special shout out to the players and coaches for making Tiger nation proud. Without your contributions, it wouldn’t have been possible!
